We always repeat ''international cooperation! International cooperation! International cooperation!'' But unfortunately European countries are among the leading supporters of PKK. Today, there are numerous PKK terrorists in Europe. They live among us. Members of various terrorist groups, including the PKK, were educated in Dutch towns or villages like. De Mus'donck in Liempde, for instance, has been the education camp of the PKK for 18 years, and the suicide bomber in the following news was also educated there: http://www.todayszaman.com/tz-web/detaylar.do?load=detay&link=112124 . I study in Ankara and the place of the attack in the news was the one that I passed by everyday to go home.
Netherlands was one of the greatest financial suppliers of this terrorist organization. Moreover, the PKK terrorists made lots of money in Europe, especially in the Netherlands, by drugs trade.
Turkish government has been asking the Dutch government to surrender these terrorists to our country, but the Dutch government rarely (!) accepts our demands.
It is sad for me to say that Europe has become the propaganda center of the PKK. Such media organs of PKK as Roj-TV, Med-TV, Mezopotamya TV, as well as other 30 of them, are broadcasting from Europe to the world.
When some, not all, European parliamentarians pay visits to Turkey, they do not forget to go to Diyarbakir, which is considered to be the capital city of Turkish Kurdistan (Please find the attached files).
In Spain those politicians who had had relations with ETA were not allowed to be candidates in the elections. But the European countries, as well as the EU itself, urges Turkey to legalize the candidacies of those politicians who do not hesitate to say that Abdullah Ocalan, Celal Talabani and Mesud Barzani are their leaders. Abdullah Ocalan, now in prison, was the leader of the PKK terrorist organization. Celal Talabani is the Kurdish president of Iraq and has had so many speeches against the unity of Turkey. Mesud Barzani, the president of Northern Iraqi reqion, a few months ago said that any attack against Diyarbakir will be regarded as one against Kirkuk (In order to understand what he means, please find the attached picture, which depicts Turkey's borders today and in the future (!). These maps were attached to an article written by Colonel Peter, whose articles more or less reflected the official views of the USA). When something happens in the souteastern districts of Turkey, the Barzani related newspapers in Iraq do not put them among international news but among internal news. Barzani last week said that they could not fight against the PKK terrorists in Northern Iraq. So why should we allow these people to become MPs in our country?
When the Chief of Turkish General Staff, Yasar Buyukanit, declared the necessity of an operation to the PKK camps in Northern Iraq, all the European countries absurdly said that what he was doing was a sign of his desires to dominate the Turkish polity, which, as a Greek journalist said, made him a dictator in Turkey. According to the media in the EU countries, his speech was against peace in the region. Following these nonsense claims in Europe, Buyukanit said ''The Turkish soldier is not blusterer!'' But, should we wait until their terrorist attacks fade away? It is impossible!
The Turkish government accepted almost all the Kurds who run away from the oppression and chemical weapon attacks of Saddam. But they later joined to the terrorist PKK and ask for independence to establish Free Kurdistan in Turkish territories. Of course, this is not to say that all the Kurds are terrorists.
International cooperation is necessary to fight against the terrorist organizations. Universities have a crucial role in this matter, too. People should avoid from giving lectures that directly or indirectly support or encourage these terrorists. We could mention Kurdistan, which meant the place where the Kurds lived, during the Ottoman period, which collapsed 85 years ago. But today Kurdistan means the independent country in the dreams of the terrorists. That's why in the schools people should avoid from using maps like the one in the attached file labeled as '' 6_1_caucasus_ethnic_175 ''
Once there is no international cooperation, the global society is under threat. We clearly observe a trend of an increase in the number of terrorist organizations in the last decades. This is a consequence of lack of international cooperation. As a result of this trend, people consider it possible, if not legitimate, to carry out such terrorist attacks. They think, by doing so, they will become hero or go to heaven. It was this trend that killed Fortuyn and Van Gogh, and I warn you that unless the European countries stop, in its softest meaning, encouraging the terrorists, including the PKK, this trend will kill more Fortuyns and Van Goghs.
Holland should be aware of the fact that it is cutting the branch on which it is sitting.
It is my moral duty to awaken awareness in this EU country regarding this issue . That is the only we can create a peaceful world.
